Manual Entry Form

If you would prefer to enter in person, please download and complete our manual entry form.   You can hand your entry form and payment in at UniRec, Gate 1, Knighton Road, University of Waikato, Hamilton.

 

Businesses

If you are entering a business team, we ask that you enter online using a company credit card. A GST receipt will be sent to you via email upon payment.

 

Teams short of numbers/single person entries

If you are a keen individual or group that is unable to form a team, Social Sport will make its best effort to get a group of like minded individuals together. Simply head into UniRec reception and record your details on our composite entry sheet. Alternatively, head to the Social Sport Player's group and register your interest here.
